I wanted to build this site with my Mom’s help because there is a need out there for people of all ages to understand that gifted children who are different from what is expected exist and the world needs to know how to learn from them. Children gain strength by the love of their parents, the love they have for themselves and for each other. If that love is lacking, the entire world will suffer.

Children all over the world are going through many of the same things our family has gone through with Pablo. I know there are other families out there who have had a child repeatedly diagnosed with different illnesses or behavioral issues and we as parents continue to search for the answers. All children are gifted in one way or the other and all children are different. That's what makes them unique and special. I have watched as my son's beautiful, loving energetic spirit was crushed by the school system and mental health system in our country. Society places expectations of what children are supposed to be and how they should act. Many children do not conform to those expectations, not because they don't want to but simply because they can't. It just isn't who they are. It is time for a change and we, as parents need to be the driving force behind it. We need to give our children a voice but more importantly we need to listen and to accept that even though we are adults, we aren't always right and there are things out there beyond our control and possibly our comprehension. Most importantly we need to cherish each and every moment we have with them. They are God's greatest gift to us. Open your hearts, your minds and your souls to discover the beauty and magic in your child!
